The vision for a truly full service property management company was born from decades of experience in hospitality, cleaning, and property care. Since 2005, our family has proudly owned and operated a successful cleaning company and laundry facility, building a reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional service. Today, we continue that tradition as a mother & son team supported by a dedicated and experienced staff.
Over the years working with many other property management companies we quickly recognized the flaws and saw opportunities to elevate the standard of service and created a company that reflects the level of excellence we would expect for our own homes and families.

A1 Property Management was founded after recognizing a gap in the local vacation rental market. Too many beautiful coastal homes were being overlooked, under-marketed, or managed without the level of care owners deserved.
We set out to change that.
