With one king bed, two twin beds, and a brand new sleeper sofa, this retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends seeking an unforgettable beachfront getaway.

In the main area you'll find the living room with new furniture, a smart TV, and expansive glass sliders that lead to your own oceanfront deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal after a long day in the sun. Down the hall you'll find the twin bedroom with smart TV, and a shared full bath complete with washer & dryer. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and an en-suite bath with rainfall shower. Across the street you have access to a swimming pool too!

Just a half mile walk along the sandy shore will bring you to the boardwalk and all the fun of downtown Carolina Beach. Whether you're building sandcastles with the family or taking a sunset stroll along the shore, the beach is your backyard at Dolphin Overlook!
