NEW RENTAL - Welcome to Tequila Sunrise - a beautiful ocean view, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sleeps 10 property. We are the first floor and half the second floor of this duplex and are a short 2 minute walk to the beach. We are dog friendly so the whole family can come!

***If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a $175. Non-refundable dog fee.***

The outdoor space includes a built-in outdoor shower, and parking for 5 vehicles

Second floor primary bedroom: king bed
Main floor bedroom 1: queen bed
Main floor bedroom 2: queen bed
Main floor bedroom 3: bunk bed with twin over full plus a twin bed

Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included for every reservation.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a NO smoking property
If you bring your dog, please be a responsible pet owner
You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract

Town of Carolina Beach Dog Rules - All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.
