Our Story
We started A1 Property Management because we saw a need for a company that provides a very high level of personal service in managing rental properties. Too many times, we went into properties that were poorly maintained and saw many property calendars with few reservations.
Over the years, we’ve built quality relationships with both property owners and guests. We’re proud to have many guests who rent from us year after year which helps keep our properties booked year-round. We manage every property owner’s investment as though it were our own and provide exceptional service to all of our guests.
We are able to provide this high level of service by choosing to manage a select number of properties, personalized service the big companies just can't provide. Almost all the owners we work with came to us after being dissatisfied with one of the big companies. You will never feel like just a number with us. We take the time to build a strong foundation of trust and work hard so that each and every guest has a great experience and returns to Pleasure Island year after year.

We treat each property we manage as if it were our own and work hard to build personal relationships. When our owners come for a vacation, we want them to have nothing to do except unpack and relax on the beach. We are always looking to add great owners with great properties to our inventory.
- We personally go inside each property after every guest checks out to inspect, restock household supplies, make repairs as needed, and verify that your property is cleaned properly.
- We do most of the small repairs ourselves but also work with a great group of local handymen, electricians, plumbers, tile and carpet companies, etc. to always keep your property in tip-top shape.
- We ensure that when your guests arrive they will find a well maintained, sparkling clean property. If they need anything during their stay we respond promptly and professionally. We try to exceed their expectations in every way.
